Description: In response to dealer concerns about the high costs and low benefits of factory “image” programs, NADA commissioned a two-year study to better determine the return on investment (ROI) on dealership capital spending on their facilities.  The study’s results focus on two timeframes:  near-term (three to five years' ROI—will my spending pay off?) and long-term (ten plus years' obsolescencewill my store still be viable in 2025?)  This webinar will highlight the key findings from each section, while much more back-up detail can be found in the two study reports available on www.nada.org.
