March 22, 2020

Dear Chemical Methods Customer,

During the imposed Stay-at-Home order that becomes effective in Ohio at 12:01 a.m., Tuesday March 24, 2020, essential businesses will remain open. This includes Chemical Methods.

We will operate normal business hours and we will continue to support your processes.

Chemical Methods serves four of the sixteen Critical Infrastructure Sectors the department of Homeland Security has deemed as essential to stay open during the imposed shutdowns. We fully support you as you fulfill the mission-critical services that keep our country safe, healthy and viable.

During this time, we also will do what we can to halt the spread of the coronavirus. The health, safety and wellness of our employees and our customers remain of utmost concern. We have implemented, and will continue, social distancing practices and have been working remotely since last Monday. We are still able to provide support to your facilities and are in constant contact with your processes through the continuous monitoring systems we have installed in your facility.  We are suspending regular service calls but will remain in close contact with you and will provide on-site service as required to address any production or quality issues that may occur.

Most of you now have an ample supply of Safety Stock which should not be used unless we notify you of a supply chain disruption.   If you do not feel you have at least 30 days of safety stock, please contact Amanda Walden (awalden@chemicalmethods.com) to assist you.

This unprecedented period in history requires us to work in new and unfamiliar ways. Thank you for your continued spirit of excellence as we all work together to serve the needs of our country. Let’s partner to keep business running as smoothly as possible and to keep our teams healthy.

My thoughts and prayers are with you, your businesses and your families.

Best regards,

Daniel Richards

President
